Each attending household or individual attendee receives a Reunion Welcome Bag filled with keepsakes, reunion materials, gifts, and approved sponsored promotional items. Participating sponsors provide approved branded merchandise in exchange for equivalent souvenir book ad placement at no additional charge.

The Curtis-Albright Family Reunion Planning Committee reserves the right to refuse any item deemed unsafe, inappropriate, offensive, excessively controversial, or unsuitable for a family-centered environment. The decision to refuse any ad submission or exchange item is final.

What is the Family Legacy Sponsor Exchange Program?

This sponsorship opportunity allows businesses and organizations to contribute approved branded promotional items for inclusion in our Reunion Welcome Bags in exchange for complimentary advertising space in the 2026 Curtis-Albright Family Reunion Souvenir Program Book.

Who receives the promotional items?

Promotional items are distributed in Reunion Welcome Bags provided to attending households and/or individual attendees during Reunion Day festivities.

Does my business still need to submit an ad design?

Yes. Sponsors are responsible for submitting their own print-ready advertisement or business artwork for souvenir book placement by the advertisement deadline.

When are sponsorship items due?

All approved sponsorship materials and promotional items must be received by the published reunion sponsorship deadline to guarantee inclusion.

Who pays for shipping or delivery?

Sponsors are responsible for all shipping or delivery costs unless prior arrangements are approved by the Reunion Planning Committee.

Can multiple businesses sponsor together?

Yes. Collaborative sponsorships and family business partnerships are welcome.

How will sponsors be recognized?

Sponsors will receive:

  • Complimentary souvenir book advertising placement

  • Recognition in reunion materials (when applicable)

  • Community appreciation for supporting family heritage and fellowship

Is the Curtis-Albright Family Reunion or the Curtis-Albright Family Reunion Planning Committee a registered nonprofit organization?

No. The Curtis-Albright Family Reunion and its Planning Committee are not registered nonprofit or tax-exempt organizations. The reunion is a privately organized family event coordinated by volunteer family members and supporters for the purpose of preserving family heritage, promoting fellowship, and organizing reunion-related activities and events.

Is the Curtis-Albright Family Reunion or the Curtis-Albright Family Reunion Planning Committee responsible for verifying ownership or authorization of copyrighted or trademarked materials submitted for publication, display, sponsorship exchange, or distribution?

No. By submitting any advertisement, logo, image, artwork, document, promotional item, video content, trademarked material, copyrighted material, or branded merchandise for publication, display, sponsorship exchange, promotion, or distribution through the Curtis-Albright Family Reunion, the Curtis-Albright Family Reunion Souvenir Program Book, Reunion videos, Reunion website, Reunion monitors/screens, or any other Reunion-related event or promotional material, the submitter expressly represents and declares that they are the rightful owner of such materials or have obtained full authorization and permission from the legal owner for its use and distribution.

The Curtis-Albright Family Reunion and the Curtis-Albright Family Reunion Planning Committee shall not be held liable or responsible for any unauthorized, unlawful, or improper use of copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, or protected materials submitted by a sponsor, advertiser, contributor, organization, business, or individual. Responsibility for obtaining proper permissions, licenses, and usage rights rests solely with the submitting party.
