How do I submit?
Complete the online submission form, upload your advertisement artwork and/or Sponsor Exchange item image, then submit your entry for review. Please allow up to 24 hours for review and approval of your Ad Submission and Sponsor Exchange materials.
If you prefer to submit your Ad form by mail or in person, simply click the link located above the online submission form to download and print a copy of the official Ad Submission Form.
What ad sizes are available?
Choose from Full-Page, Half-Page, Quarter-Page, or Business Card ad sizes when submitting your advertisement. All ad dimensions are based on a standard 8.5" wide x 11" tall souvenir book page layout.
We are also offering visual on-screen advertising space featuring rotating ad displays that will loop alongside reunion announcements, photos, and other featured content on overhead monitors throughout Reunion Day.
Can I edit my ad after submitting?
Yes, contact us promptly with your revised print-ready copy. Any revisions or changes must be received and approved before the 2026 submission deadline to update your ad.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, JPEG, GIF, and PNG formats for ad submissions.
When is the deadline?
All ads and payments must be received by Saturday, July 11, 2026.
